Our mission is to provide shelter and support to women, fostering self-fulfillment, solidarity, empowerment, and integration while developing a sense of belonging to a community.

Services with YOU in mind

The center offers a range of services that nourish women’s hearts and minds, in a spirit of trust, confidentiality, equality and solidarity.

Counselling and
one-on-one meetings

Confidential support, phone counselling and individual meetings, in person or by videoconference, free of charge!

Group workshops

Initiatives focusing on physical and mental health, and educational workshops to help women improve their living conditions.

Coffee meetups

An opportunity to meet, get informed and express yourself on subjects of general interest, in a welcoming atmosphere.

Social awareness activities

Mobilization activities to support women in their quest for autonomy and equality, and to support the demands of national groups, with the common goal of improving women's living conditions.

Special activities

Themed activities (Christmas, sugar shack, etc.), bringing women together to share and meet.

Referrals

The region is blessed with a wide range of community assistance services. Depending on your needs, we can guide you to the best resources.
